With a unique casing cover design and vent connection location, the EVMU seal chamber is positively vented preventing seal damaging air pockets. Pump bearings and sleeves are made of tungsten carbide with elastomers selected for high temperature operation. The EVMU is the only design fitted with a dish-shaped insert that provides smooth flow and prevents accelerated erosion in high velocity areas within stages. A floating liner ring, constructed of proprietary materials, prevents temperature swelling at high temperatures.
